Module Packaging
What and how to pack?
It is worth wrapping the cardboard boxes around with foil, this can prevent possible damage (tearing, moisture).

Be sure to affix the waybills to the box (UPS, TNT waybills). However, these labels may be dropped during sorting, and the courier service will not be able to identify the package, which will delay delivery.
To identify packages, draw or affix another distinctive sticker or mark on the box that makes your packages unique and easily identifiable. It is also a great help to have sender and recipient information (addresses, phone numbers, names) on the side of the box.
If you attach small items or boxes to the outside of the package, the courier service cannot be held responsible if the item attached to the package falls off during transport. The package must be sealed with strong adhesive tape, but the use of different binding materials (eg asparagus) that would impede sorting on the assembly line is prohibited. Please glue the edges of the box as well.
Packaging is always the responsibility of the sender.

The inside of the packages must be filled with styrofoam pieces and space-filling foam. The essence of group transport is that the boxes collide with each other during sorting, touching the side of the conveyor belt. Styrofoam pieces absorb these shocks, thus protecting the contents of your package. In all cases, we are talking about collective transport, so it is important that the package withstands external influences (shocks, friction, overturning, etc.).

* Polyethylene foam (PE)
PE low density cellular foam. Molded or manufactured PE provides excellent shock and vibration reduction, making it suitable for padding high value or fragile items.

Polyurethane foam (PU)
Polyurethane is a low density, flexible foam that provides good shock absorption and flexibility. As a lightweight, flexible foam, it is more suitable for light loads.

Corrugated sheet
Two or more layers of single- or double-walled corrugated sheet can be laminated together to form blocks or pads. These pads can be used as a shield between the product and the box. Corrugated pillows are best used for heavy, slightly or fragile products. The corrugated sheet can be formed into sheets, liners, partitions, and other packaging accessories that cushion little or no fragile products and increase the integrity of the shipping box.
